Replacement and Refund policies

1. Replacement Policy of @Aadhivaaram

We offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Leaked Products: If your order arrives damaged or the seal is broken/leaking, we will offer a replacement free of charge.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the product received is different from what you ordered, we will send the correct product at no additional cost.

  • Expired Product Received: If any product is received past its expiry date, we will replace it promptly.

To request a replacement:

  • Email us at [enquiry@aadhivaaram.com] or contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Attach clear images of the product and the packaging for verification.

  • We may ask you to return the product, depending on the case.

    2. Refund Policy of @Aadhivaaram

    Refunds are provided in the following situations:

    • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.

    • Product Unavailability: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, a full refund will be issued.

    • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within 10 working days (outside of force majeure or local restrictions), a full refund will be initiated.

    3. Non-Refundable Situations

    Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    • Products opened or partially used.

    • Taste preferences or personal dislikes.

    • Delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses or failed delivery attempts.

    4. How Refunds Are Processed

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

    • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
